Join us as we learn new skills in embroidery from Columbus Fashion Academy founder, artist Priscila Teixeira. In this relaxing and therapeutic workshop, participants will learn basic embroidery stitches to create their floral designs on fabric. This is suitable for all skill levels and offers a wonderful way to combine art with the beauty of flowers. The Annex invites participants to bring a piece of clothing from their closet (think denim jacket, shorts, pants, cotton shirt or t-shirt) and we will embroider floral design details on it. This activity takes patience but results are very rewarding to all who experience it.
